Charlotte Cass, Barrister and Solicitor


Charlotte is an immigration and refugee lawyer with a virtual firm based in Toronto.
Originally from Canada’s west coast, Charlotte moved to Ontario and earned her law degree from the University of Ottawa. While in Ottawa, she worked with refugee clients at a community legal clinic and completed an internship with the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR).
Since 2019, Charlotte has exclusively practiced immigration and refugee law. She has regularly represented clients from across Canada before the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Federal Court of Canada, and in a wide variety of immigration, refugee, and citizenship applications.
Charlotte is a member of the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers and the Refugee Lawyers Association.
